Creating Butterfly House ( Or Habitat)

I want to make one in my garden area about 30 X 35. It has been a fenced in garden 15 years now. There have been no fertilizers or pesticides used in it at all. It will have all the plants needed for each butterfly I want to put in it, a puddling area, underground water system for the plants, a place for Chrysalis to be protected. I want native butterflies to Pa. where I live. I have not found much info for the average person to learn about creating one of these screened in places for them...
